We love dogs at Valley Farm. Our cottages welcome well behaved dogs at the owner’s discretion.

Please find below our terms and conditions:

• A fee of £20 per week per dog is charged.
• Dogs must be kept on a lead on-site at all times. We sometimes have sheep in the fields.
• All dog poo must be immediately cleaned up and deposited in the dog bin situated outside the communal Utility Room.
• Dogs are strictly not allowed on furniture and beds, any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees.
• On departure we request all dog fur is cleaned from the cottage.
• Pets must be up to date with worming, flea and tick treatment.
• Please notify us of any damage immediately and this must be paid for.
• Please do not leave your dog unattended and please prevent your pet from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbours.
• The Owner has the right to reasonable access to the property and may inspect it should he/she have reason to be concerned about the tenants’ occupancy and refuse to accommodate any pet which in their opinion is causing, or likely to cause, nuisance or damage to the owners or the owner’s property or to other tenants or their property. There will be no rental refund in such an instance.
• We assume no responsibility for illness or injury humans or pets incur whilst on the premises.
• Please ensure your pet has adequate insurance.
• All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner.
