A truly unique holiday cottage in Devon! Restored and converted by craftsmen dedicated to maintaining their traditional skills, Cider Barn has been sympathetically and imaginatively designed to make the most of the building and the glorious views, the cottage has been turned ‘upside down’ with the bedrooms and bathroom downstairs.

Upstairs there is an open plan living arrangement with stunning Axe Valley views. The open plan lounge/dining room and kitchen area run the length of the building upstairs, all nestling under a vaulted and oak beamed roof. The well equipped kitchen area comes with cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. The lounge has a 50 inch Smart TV with Freeview and a DVD player. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Downstairs are 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin, I with a king size bed. The recently renovated shower room is furnished with walk-in shower, bespoke hand basin and WC. Central heating makes the holiday cottage warm and comfortable even on the coldest of nights.

Outside there is a new patio area with table and chairs and a lawn with trampoline and picnic bench. Relax, enjoy a glass of wine and soak up the peaceful ambience of this tranquil and unspoilt haven. The Cider Barn has its own designated parking space.

All linen and towels are provided. For your comfort the cottage is equipped with a hairdryer, radio and alarm clock in the bedrooms, all general cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaner, broom, dustpan and brush, small step, iron, ironing board and clothes airer. The guest washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the laundry room and we do have an outside drying area.

Cider Barn is located in Kilmington, just off the A35. The front of the property overlooks the Village Green and the rear leads on to open fields and the Axe Valley.
